Return Policy

All return, reimbursement and credit requests are subject to validation and approval from S’AÏMME, at its sole discretion. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.

  1. GENERALITIES

Products must always be returned in their original box and container and they can only be reimbursed if not used and in new condition within the 30 days of receipt unless a specific situation applies under this policy. Kindly note that S’AÏMME always reserves the right at its sole discretion to accept or not any reimbursement request as well as to reimburse in whole or in part any product. 

Returned products must always be accompanied by their invoice and order number. You must always pay the cost of shipping and insuring returned items.

Kindly note that our packaging boxes for our containers and/or products are made with seeds which renders the material delicate. As such, opening the boxes may alter or damage the packaging conditions. On receipt of any returned product, S’AÏMME reserves the right at its sole discretion to accept or not the request for reimbursement or credit, as the case may be.

Also, kindly note that S’AÏMME monitors return activity by customers for abuse. Should S’AÏMME have grounds to believe that a customer is having or is likely to have a return activity that may be considered excessive or potentially fraudulent, S’AÏMME will notify this customer and S’AÏMME reserves the right, in whole or in part, to no longer accept any returns from that customer with or without a receipt, to refuse any order from that customer and to cancel this customer’s membership, as the case may be.

  1. CREDIT OR REIMBURSEMENT

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send you an email to confirm our receipt as well as our decision as to whether or not we will approve your request. 

Subject that the conditions for reimbursement under this policy are met and that S’AÏMME approves your request for reimbursement, then your reimbursement will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your S’AÏMME gift card, as the case may be, within a few days. Kindly note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Subject that the conditions for credit under this policy are met and that S’AÏMME approves, in whole or in part your request for credit, the credit you are eligible for will then be remitted to you in the form of a S’AÏMME gift card. Please consult of Terms and Conditions for the conditions that are applicable to S’AÏMME gift card.

Kindly note that in the case you have received rewards from S’AÏMME in exchange for the purchase of the returned product, S’AÏMME’s approval of a refund or credit for this product will then cancel any rewards obtained, as the case may be.  

  1. SATISFACTION

If you are not fully satisfied with the product , you may return the product in gently used condition and in its original container and box with a notice explaining why you are not fully satisfied. Whether you may be eligible for a reimbursement or a credit will depend of the timeframe of your submission: 30 business days of receipt to be eligible for a reimbursement; 60 business days of receipt to be eligible for a credit. In such a case, on receipt of any returned product, S’AÏMME will inspect the product and your request, and depending on your use, your explanation and the product condition, S’AÏMME reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether you are eligible for a reimbursement or credit or not and if yes, whether this reimbursement or credit should cover the full amount of the product or not.. This credit will be remitted to you as described under section 2 above.   

  1. DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR ORDER ERRORS

If you notice that the products (the products themselves and not their box or shipping packaging) you received are damaged and/or that there are errors in the order you received (e.g. missing a product), please email us at hello@saimmecosmetics.com within 5 business days of receipt. To expedite your request, please indicate your order confirmation number. In such a case, S’AÏMME may request that you send pictures by email of the products received. S’AÏMME will request that you return the products within the following timeframe: 30 business days of receipt or less for order error(s) or 60 business days of receipt or less in case of damages products. The products must not be used and in new condition, or in the same condition as when you received these if damaged. Once the products have been received and inspected, S’AÏMME will determine whether the refund request is accepted, in whole or in part, or not, if so we will proceed as described in section 2 above.  If your refund request is accepted, then SAÏMME may decide to cover the costs of shipping for the returned items.  

  1. SKIN REACTIONS

If you experience any skin reaction after using S’AÏMME’s products, you must immediately cease using the products and contact a health care professional. 

Then please email us at hello@saimmecosmetics.com in a timely manner. To expedite your request, please indicate your order confirmation number. Our representative will assist you. If your request is made to S’AÏMME within45 days or your receipt of the product, you might qualify for a reimbursement. S’AÏMME reserves the right to provide you with a reimbursement, whether in whole or in part, or not, at its sole discretion.  In such a case, the reimbursement will be performed in accordance to section 2 above.
