S’AÏMME is doing its best to ensure that your orders are delivered to you within a reasonable delay and without any problems.
- SHIPPING FEES AND DELAY
S’AÏMME offers delivery throughout Canada. Unless a promotion applies, the shipping will usually be free if the following conditions are met:
Shipping destinations: Minimum amount of the order (before taxes and after discounts, if any)
Quebec and Ontario: $60 or more
Anywhere else in Canada: $75 or more
For orders under the minimum amounts stated above, shipping fees may vary depending on the order and will appear on the screen before you confirm your order. During checkout, before you place your order, you will see the total price of your order, including taxes, shipping and handling charges, if applicable. Always validate the fees in the shopping cart before finalizing your order.
Our standard shipping carrier is Canada Post. The normal delivery delay is 2-10 business days and the exact delay will depend notably on your location. You can choose an expedited delivery which generally allows delivery to be made within 2 business days. In such a case, additional charges will apply. Kindly note that we do not accept orders being shipped to P.O. boxes.
Kindly note that when a promotion applies, such promotion is generally for a limited time and may cease without notice, within the limits permitted under applicable law.

- INSPECTION OF YOUR ORDER AND PROBLEM REPORT
It is your sole responsibility to carefully inspect the contents of your order as soon as you receive it. If you notice that your order is erroneous (e.g. missing a product) or contains a damaged item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of receipt. To expedite your request, please indicate your order confirmation number. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
